Responsibilities of Business Development Associate – 

  • Get new customers for the bank and explore new business opportunities
  • Responsible for selling banking and investment products and services to the customers based on their needs
  • Responsible for handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify sales opportunities for both the bank and third party products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships 
  • Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products
  • Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role
  • Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time
  • Manage business relations with existing customers to increase the depth of existing relationships
  • Daily entry of interaction with customers in bank’s CRM system
  • Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity
  • Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time.

Responsibilities of HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) – 

  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and ensure all are aligned on project goals, timelines and deliverables
  • Partner with Axis HR team to define requirements and work with vendors to design and configure and talent marketplace solution
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on track
  • Support the end-to-end implementation of various modules of the marketplace ensuring, seamless integration with various technology systems.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay –  For business development associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 and for HR associate (Talent Acquisition) post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
