Responsibilities for KYC Operations Analyst –

Performing complete user acceptance testing of on-boarding and renewal digital journey of the client portal including integration testing
Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts
Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards
Update KYC forms and client profiles according to policy requirements
Follow up with clients to ensure information is received before due dates
Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and appendix approval process.

Responsibilities for Chat Operations Officer–

Utilizes chat platform to respond to service inquiries from customers and provide a comprehensive resolution to the complaints/ queries
Follow-up on all customer requests via chat and email
Maintains detailed knowledge of product and service offerings to customers
Analyzes risk area and identify solutions to meet customers needs
Ensuring information security for sensitive data
Helps to teach our customer how to self-service through our internet website
Balancing NPS and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing operating losses
Accurate reporting of MIS
Undertake other assignments/ projects as given by the team lead/ manager
Liaising with various departments and also do account level system maintenance while resolving customer queries/ complaints.
