  1. Scientist Grade-II –
    • Medical Category: 
      • MBBS from an MCI recognized Medical College. 
      • PG Medical degree in fields such as Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunohematology & Blood Transfusion, Pharmacology, Bacteriology, Serology, or Hematology from a recognized University.
      • Five years of relevant experience after acquiring the essential qualification.
    • Non-Medical Category: 
      • Master’s degree in Microbiology, Clinical Microbiology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Bacteriology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Serology, or Molecular Biology with at least 60% marks.
      • A minimum of 7 (Seven) years of relevant experience in specified areas such as Quality Control Testing, Review of Technical Dossiers, or Management of Quality Systems (ISO: 17025 and ISO: 34).
      • A Ph.D. in the disciplines mentioned above with 3 (Three) years of relevant experience after acquiring the Ph.D.
      • Desirable: At least 5 (Five) publications or articles in Indexed Journals.
  2. Scientist Gr. III (Vet.) –
    • Essential Qualification: M.V.Sc degree Veterinary Medicine/ Veterinary Public Health/ Veterinary Microbiology/ Veterinary Pathology/Veterinary Epidemiology.
    • Experience: 2 years’ experience in Veterinary practice in corresponding field of work and in Lab. Desirable: Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science or Diploma in Genetics from recognised University/ Institution. 
  3. Junior Scientist –
    • Essential Qualification:
      • Master Degree in Microbiology/ Clinical Microbiology /Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics /Biochemistry/ Bacteriology/ Pharmacology/ Serology/ Molecular Biology/Physiology from any recognized University/Institution. AND
      • Minimum 1 (One) year of experience in any of the following areas: 
      • Quality Control Testing of Biologicals and Biotherapeutics. 
      • Review of Technical Dossiers of Biologicals and Biotherapeutics including Vaccines in respect of Chemistry Manufacturing Control (CMC), non-clinical trial data on Animal Pharmacology/ Animal Toxicology, Clinical Trial data. 
      • Review of Technical Dossiers of ‘In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Medical Devices’ in respect of conformation to the Essential Principles of Safety and Performance of Medical Devices which include Product Description, Design and Manufacturing information, Product performance specifications and associated validation and verification studies, Labelling and Regulatory history. 
      • Evaluation & Review ofAdverse Events:
        • Following Immunization (AEFI) 
        • Associated with Biologicals and Biotherapeutics (Pharmacovigilance), 
        • Associated with blood transfusion and blood products administration (Haemovigilance). 
        • Due to indirect harm associated with IVD Medical Devices (Materiovigilance) 
      • Management of Quality System with application of ISO: 17025 and ISO: 34 with Total Quality Management approach 
      • Research in Biologicals and Biotherapeutics. 
    • Desirable:
      • At least 1 publication or an article in Indexed journals in any of the above-mentioned fields of qualification or experience.
  4. Administrative Assistant –
    • Essential Qualification: i. Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Science with 50% marks from recognized University/Institution ii. 5 years of experience in Administration/Stores/Accounts in Government/Autonomous organization. 
    • Desirable: Diploma in Computer/IT.  
  5. Jr. Hindi Translator –
    • i) Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
    • Master’s degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
    • Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
    • Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
    • Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects and either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level AND
    • Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India undertakings.  
  6. Laboratory Technician –
    • Essential Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree in biology (with Zoology & chemistry as subjects) or B.Sc. Microbiology or B.Sc. Biotechnology or B.Sc. Biochemistry or B.Sc. Molecular Biology from a recognized  University and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized University or institute; OR Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized University or institute. ii) One year practical experience in a Medical Laboratory/Research Institution.  
  7. Assistant-II – 
    • Essential Qualification: I) 12th Class pass with 50% marks with Arts/Commerce/Science subject from a recognized Board or University, Accurate Typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on computer, (35WPM in correspond to 10,500 KDPH and 30 WPM correspond to 9000 KDPH. 
    • Note: Candidates with Bachelor degree & Professional certificate in HR/MM/accounts with computer Science/ IT will be preferred.
