Educational Qualification

SSC (Tech) for Men and SSCW (Tech)for Women – Applications are accepted from candidates who are in their final year of an engineering degree program or who have completed the required engineering degree course. The Engineering Graduation Certificate must be produced within Twelve weeks of the start of training at the Pre-Commissioning Training Academy, and Applicants in the final year of the Engineering Graduation program must be able to provide proof of passing the Engineering Degree Examination by October 1, 2025, along with marksheets from every semester and year.
For Widows of Defence Personnel Only (SSCW (Non Tech) (Non UPSC) & SSCW (Tech)) –
(i) SSCW (Non Tech) (Non UPSC) – Graduation in any stream.
(ii) SSCW (Tech) – B.E. / B. Tech in any Engineering stream

Age Limit

For SSC(Tech)-Men and Women: 20 to 27 years as on 01 April 2026 (born between 02 April 1999 and 01 April 2006, both dates inclusive).
For Widows of Defence Personnel:
Non-Tech (Non-UPSC): Up to 35 years as on 01 April 2026.
Tech Entry: Up to 35 years as on 01 April 2026.

Salary Details

SSSC (Tech) for Men and SSCW (Tech)for Women– ₹56,100 per month during training; ₹17-18 lakh CTC annually
