Responsibilities of Office Associate–

  • Coordinate with the corporate communication department to align the HR social media strategy with the overall company strategy
  • Preparation of monthly MIS reports
  • Engage compliance resource and implementing compliance system
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media platforms
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for expanding the company’s social media presence
  • Conduct audit before the execution and completion audit
  • Work on various reporting and audit queries
  • Support the operations team to help ensure employee life cycle
  • Conduct compliance awareness meet at sites for contractors to make them awake of IT’s compliance system.

Responsibilities of Manager (Consumer Insights) –

  • Design effective and efficient ways along with the agency partners to measure and track brand performance
  • Work closely with brand team to drive execution of briefs and evaluate research designs from the agency
  • Work closely with the brand team and leverage insights to drive business growth
  • Identify new and effective ways of testing concepts, products and communication
  • Evaluate pilot and new tools and agencies especially in the digital space
  • Leverage internal monitoring tools to derive insights.

  • HR Associate/ Office Associate – {a graduate degree in any discipline}
  • Manager (Consumer Insights) – {MBA with minimum four years of experience in qualitative/ quantitative research}.
  • For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
  • For HR associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 51,600, for manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 80,400 and for office associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000 per month approximately.
