In charge of carrying out the complete operational management of all survey research projects, including field management, sample selection, quality control checks, questionnaire review and finalization, data analysis and tabulation in collaboration with the client services and execution teams, and survey programming and deployment.
In order to ensure that assigned projects are completed to the highest standard, serve as the point of contact for the Client Service teams (Research Managers & Survey Research Specialists), Consulting teams (Consultants & Analysts), Survey Operations teams (Pre-field, Post-field, Charting, etc.), and/or other Cross-Functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).

In charge of and accountable for upholding Numerator’s exceptional quality standards throughout the project, managing deadlines, and collaborating with our international operations teams.
In charge of maintaining all project specifications and KPIs for assigned projects in our project management software, making sure that appropriate controls and alarms are in place in case a project deviates from its intended scope.
Throughout the project cycle, they are in charge of proactive communication and innovative troubleshooting.
