Educational Qualification

Assistant Manager (General) – {a postgraduate degree in any discipline/ a graduate degree in law/ a graduate degree in engineering}
Assistant Manager (Finance and Accounts) – {a graduate degree in any discipline and ICAI/ ACS/ FCS}
Assistant Manager (Information Technology) – {B.E/ B.Tech in electrical/ electronics and communication/ information technology/ computer science engineering/ MCA or a graduate degree in any discipline with master’s degree in computers/ information technology}
Assistant Manager (Information Technology) – {B.E/B.Tech in electrical/ electronics and communication/ information technology/ computer science/ MCA with two years of post qualification experience}

For PFRDA recruitment, a candidate age should lie between 18 – 30 years.

Salary Details

For Officer/ assistant manager posts, the payable salary will be Rs 44,500 – 89,150 per month.

Selection Process for PFRDA Recruitment 2025

For recruitment in the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in phase 1 and Phase 2 online written exam, descriptive exam and then a personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests.

Syllabus/ Exam Criteria

The syllabus for online phase 1 examination will consist of following subjects

Paper 1

English Language (20 Questions, 25 Marks)
Quantitative Aptitude (20 Questions, 25 Marks)
Test of Reasoning (20 Questions, 25 Marks)
General Awareness (20 Questions, 25 Marks)

Paper 2

General Stream {MCQ’s on commerce/ accountancy/ management/ finance/ costing/ economics/ pension sector} – (50 Questions, 100 Marks)
IT/ Finance and Accounts/ Research/ Legal – (MCQ’s on subject related to stream).

The phase 1 written exam will consist of 180 questions and total marks will be 300. The duration of exam will be 140 minutes. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for one wrong answer.

Work Experience

No further work experience required for these posts. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.

The application fee will be Rs 1,000 for General/OBC/ EWS category candidates and Rs 0 for SC/ST/ PWD category and women candidates.
