Apprentice

Total Vacancies – 5138

(i) Graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/ College/ University recognized/ approved
by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. The result of the qualification must have been declared on or
before 31.12.2025 and candidate must produce Mark Sheets and Provisional/ Degree Certificate
issued from the University/ College/ Institute as and when required by the Bank.

(ii) For the candidates registered under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), the date
of passing their Graduation should not be more than 4 years preceding to the cut-off date i.e.
01.01.2026.

(iii) The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/ UT, should be proficient (reading,
writing, speaking and understanding) in local language of that State/UT.

20 – 28 YEARS

(i) The engaged apprentices are eligible for following stipend per month for the contract period of 01
(one) year.

(ii) The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.

(iii) The Stipend will be paid to apprentices on completion of each month after adjusting un-authorized
absence, if any.

ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION:

Apprentices will need to go through final assessment test(s) at the end of their apprentice training.
Subsequently, on the basis of marks scored by the apprentices, an Apprenticeship Certificate will be
issued.

Exam Syllabus Breakdown (What to Study)

The PNB Apprentice exam typically has 4 major sections:
