Educational Qualification

1. Engineer Trainee (Civil) –
   • Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) from a recognized Institute/university with minimum 60% marks.
2. Engineer Trainee (Servo) –
   • Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech. (Electronics & Communication/ Electronics Engineering) from a recognized Institute/university with minimum 60% marks. 
   • Desirable Experience: One-year programming/design/development experience in Embedded systems/Digital electronics/Control Systems, Microcontroller/ Microprocessor based systems, Assembly Language/ C/ VHDL Programming, RTOS/ Linux 
3. Engineer Trainee (Digital) –
   • Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech. (Electronics and Communication/ Electronics Engineering) from an accredited Institute/university with minimum 60% marks. 
   • Desirable Experience: One-year experience in analog / digital / FPGA-VLSI design / CPU-GPU programming, signal processing. 
4. Technical Trainee (Electrical) –
   • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 
   • Desirable Experience: One-year experience in electrical maintenance works.
5. Technical Trainee (Civil) –
   • Minimum Qualification: (a)Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute with aggregate 60% marks (b) Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications (c) Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
   • Desirable Experience: Minimum 2 years’ field experience in supervising building and civil/structural construction and maintenance works. Should be familiar with preparing running and final bills, cross checking the bills. Maintenance of the residence / office buildings, roads, water supply / drainage lines. Knowledge of works procedure, specifications, norms (PWD/CPWD/MES), and also knowledge of current market rates for the material, labour & construction machinery will be an added advantage. 
6. Technical Trainee (Telescope Observer) –
   • Minimum Qualification: (1) B.Sc. (Physics/Electronics) or Diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering (DERE). 
7. Project Technical Assistant (Civil) –
   • Minimum Qualification: (a)Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/Institute with aggregate 60% marks (b) Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications (c) Familiarity with AutoCAD software. 
   • Desirable Experience: Minimum two years’ field experience in supervising building and civil/structural construction and maintenance works. He/she should be familiar with drawings, estimating work quantities, rate analysis, tendering procedure, supervising works, recording joint measurements of the work done, preparing running and final bills, cross checking the bills. Maintenance of the Residence /office buildings, roads, water supply/drainage lines. Knowledge of works procedure, specifications, norms (PWD/CPWD/MES), and also knowledge of current markets rates for the material, labour & construction machinery will be an added advantage
8. /Project Engineer-C(Mechanical) –
   • Minimum Qualification: Full time BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised Institute/ university with at least 60% aggregate marks. 
   • Desirable Experience: Experience in AutoCAD Drawings & Drafting, experience in 3D software for mechanical and experience in fabrication and erection of mechanical structure
9. Project Engineer-C (Civil) –
   • Minimum Qualification: (a) Full time BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institute/ university with at least 60% aggregate marks. (b) Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications (c) Familiarity with AutoCAD Software and other design software’s. 
   • Desirable Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in design and drawings estimation, construction complete supervision and maintenance of civil structure in a large and reputed organization. Experience in supervising building and civil/structural construction and maintenance works. He/she should be familiar with drawings, estimating work quantities, rate analysis, tendering procedure, supervising works, recording joint measurements of the work done, preparing running and final bills, cross checking the bills. Maintenance of the Residence /office buildings, roads, water supply/drainage lines. Knowledge of works procedure, specifications, norms (PWD/CPWD/MES), and also knowledge of current markets rates for the material, labour & construction machinery will be an added advantage.
10. Administrative Trainee –

    • Essential Experience: 2 years’ experience as Electrical Engineer in reputed Research Laboratories/Universities/Institutes of Higher  Education of Government or Semi-Government or reputed private institutes or industries.
    • Desirable: Good knowledge & experience of project planning, installation and operation, maintenance of 33 KV/11 KV and MV Electrical distribution systems, building electrification, diesel generators, solar plant, etc. and all types of Air-conditioning systems, UPS systems, EPABX systems, familiar with CPWD Manual, National Building Code, BIS standards and codes of practice.
15. Engineer-C (Civil) –
    • Essential Qualification: Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech with aggregate of 60% marks) from a recognized university/institute.
    • Essential Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years after graduation in various aspects of Civil Engineering works is essential.
    • Desirable: a) Good knowledge of CPWD work procedures and building codes. b) Experience of supervision of construction of at least one single building from foundation level to superstructure. c) Knowledge of quality control, rate analysis, cost estimation, recording measurements in measurement Books, certification of contractors bills, etc d) Knowledge of AutoCAD and use of personal computers and its applications.
16. Scientific Assistant-B (IT) –
    • Essential Qualification: (a) Full Time Science Graduate in Computer Science/Information technology from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks. (b) Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
    • Essential Experience: Minimum 1 year’ experience in relevant field
    • Desirable: Experience / Certification in Java and Oracle
    • Scientific Assistant-B (Telescope Observer) –
    • Essential Qualification: (a) Full Time B.Sc. in Physics/Electronics from a recognized University/ Institute with aggregate of 60% marks. OR (a) Full Time Diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering (DERE) from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks. 17. Technical Assistant-B (Civil) –
    • Essential Qualification: a. Full Time Diploma in Engineering in Civil from a recognized University/ Institute with aggregate of 60% marks b. Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
    • Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years’ field experience in supervising building and civil/structural construction and maintenance works. Should be familiar with drawings, estimating work quantities, rate analysis, tendering procedure, supervising works, recording joint measurements of the work done, preparing running and final bills, cross checking the bills.     • Essential Qualification and Experience: (a) National Trade Certificate (NTC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) OR equivalent in Electronics or allied field. (b) Two years’ experience in electronics lab of a reputed organization.
19. Clerk-A –
    • Essential Qualification: (a) Graduate from a recognised University /Institute with aggregate of 50% marks. (b) Knowledge of typing. (c) Knowledge of use of personal computers and applications especially MS Office – supported by certificates from the government recognized institutions.
20. Scientific Assistant-B (Telescope Observer) – 
    • Essential Qualification: (a) Full Time B.Sc. in Physics/Electronics from a recognized University/ Institute with aggregate of 60% marks.
