- Merit-Based Selection: The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the Standard X (10th) examination.
- COVID Pass Candidates: For candidates who passed during the COVID period, the merit list will be prepared using the IX standard mark sheet or the X standard half-yearly mark sheet, which must be duly signed by the Principal of the institution.
- Tie-Breaking Criteria: In cases where two candidates have the same marks, the candidate who is older in age will be preferred. If their dates of birth are also identical, the candidate who passed the Standard X examination earlier will be given preference.
