Responsibilities of Category Associate –

Work with central teams to ensure best selection, affordable prices and high discovery on the platform
Develop robust processes for smooth execution of all critical tasks
Compile and evaluate metrics for success assessment of individual and team level tasks
Helps define category short and medium term goals, design execution roadmap and set team priorities that align with company’s overall strategic goals.

Responsibilities of Senior Associate –

Own gross loss, net Loss metrics and work on gross loss reduction charter to minimize losses in supply chain
Work with different stakeholders to complete the process within the target days
Create instrumentation for tracking pending shipments and work on ops closures
Help in designing SOPs that are cost-effective, scalable and aligned to business strategy for backend processes
Identify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gaps
Conduct data analysis to develop insights and identify areas of improvement.

Educational Qualification

Category Associate – {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum one year of experience in leading teams}
Senior Associate – {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum two years of experience in start-ups/ consumer internet companies/ operations etc.}
