Selection Process for Indian Air Force Recruitment 2026

Phase – I (Written Test)
Phase – II (Physical Fitness Test)
Phase – III (Stream Suitability Test)
Phase -IV (Medical Examination)

Subject wise breakdown of written test is as follows:-

General English (Class 10th CBSE) – 10 Marks
General Knowledge (Class 10th Standard) – 10 Marks

Mandatory Medical Standard:

Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cms.
Chest: Minimum range of expansion 5 cm.
Weight: Proportionate to height and age.

📌 1. Overview of the Recruitment

Post: Agniveer Non-Combatant (Hospitality & Housekeeping streams)
Scheme: Agnipath (4-year service term)

The process has four main phases:

🟡 Phase I — Written Test
